Irritating!

The overall app is great and has saved my life in cross walks by making people stop and/or pull over when I cross streets as a pedestrian, instead of them drive badly as they usually do and risk hitting me.

What irritates me about the App is I just spent time downloading an update that supposedly removed the ads and its not working. I clicked on App Support and it takes you to a blog page with no apparent way to contact ANYONE!
